Is the dropmarker shown and do you click on it? Bug 1331208 addressed that the dropmarker was not always shown. If the dropmarker is shown and clicking does not produce a result please try in safe mode and/or a new test profile. This works fine for me in 2.49.1 amd might be profile corruption or some non standard settings.

I reverted to 2.48 and found that the location bar shows the dropdown list of selected URLs I was looking for. The code change that made the list not available occurred in going from version 2.48 to 2.49.1. I didn't see 2.49 on the regular download page, or 2.48 either, but fortunately had a copy of 2.48 already stored. It would be nice if the older-version list really did include all releases, and maybe give ftp access.

Interesting to read the discussion of Bug 1331208. I used to try the nightlies, but don't presently have a realistic but throw-away userdata folder to try them on. Is there an alpha or beta that the bug should be fixed on? I'm running Mageia Linux 6 and it looks like I've got gtk3 v. 3.20.10.

The dropmarker is there and you can click on it. It is just only 1 pixel wide. The list should show if you click on the right thicker border. The fix is in 2.49.2.
