Make the "New Folder" text string in Manage Bookmarks selected

Details
In ManageBookmarks, when you choose New Folder, there is a prefilled text that
says "New Folder".
But most likely, you would want to call it something else then that.
So, wouldn't it be better if the prefilled text was selected by default, so that
if you type anything, it will be overwritten. And if you really want the "New
Folder", you could just hit enter.
