Details

Using seamonkey build 11/19 on Win 98. I launch the xpviewer. Jumping to random web pages, it is apparent that the performance of rendering is not as good as the viewer.

I was unclear about what Product to file these seamonkey UI bugs for xpviewer. Now I was informed by glynn and leger to move them under NGLayout. Bulk moving bugs to NGLayout

Rick, I heard in a meeting that Garret is not here anymore. And I had filed severla bugs to WinFE(defaulted to Blythe) recently...so I am re-aasigning them all to you. Please re-assign them to the appropriate WinFE engineer.
