From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020512 Netscape/7.0b1 BuildID: 20020529 some sub-menuitems should be disabled if the upper level menu is disabled. an alternative way is hide the who menu tree all together Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open a message compose window 2. notice that the "insert" and "format" menu is grayed and you can't click it to show the sub-menus 3. click on other active menu, when the menu extend, move the mouse pointer to "insert" or "format" menu Actual Results: the sub-menus show out and some of them are active Expected Results: all the menu tree is disabled.
