Disk space limit should prevent messages to be filtered.
I just downloaded a message longer than the limit specified in the "disk space"
preference panel.
Message has been filtered and put into another folder, different than the Inbox.
Now if I want to download it in full, this cannot happen, download does not start.
So the filtering of messages shoudl happen only when the download ends
correctly, otherwise message is missing, that is: is impossible to download.

We should not allow this. this may cause dataloss unless the msg is moved back
to Inbox and downloaded fully.
I just tried this with PR1 and winxp and it works okay if the filter moves it to
a folder on the same (POP) server, but not if to another account (like Local
Folders as mentioned in bug 53255). Leave on Server ON or OFF didn't seem to
matter.

By the definitions on <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/bug_status.html#severity> and
<http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided>, crashing and dataloss
bugs are of critical or possibly higher severity. Only changing open bugs to
minimize unnecessary spam. Keywords to trigger this would be crash, topcrash,
topcrash+, zt4newcrash, dataloss.
