Details
I think our rendering of this this is correct, and it's wrong in Chrome.
(The test involves writing-mode:vertical-rl which is fairly buggy
in Chrome in general).
We should fix the test and file a bug on Chrome (if needed - I've filed
a few of these in the past).

I didn't investigate too closely, but css/css-grid/alignment/grid-alignment-style-changes-004.html
is probably the same thing...
