In https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&revision=14d8f03b496c919c3049db1a094570a7122a4513 for example, see the last two commits which are tagged as "EL" but should really instead be tagged as "EÁ". Also when hovering over the initials the tooltip shows "Emilio Cobos ÁLvarez", which I guess is the same root problem.
