Details

In the body of an HTML document, insert "ß" and "ß" (without the quotes). You'll see this rendered as "ß223". It should render it as "ßß". This works with ANY character, not just the ß. This appears to be Windows 95 only - it works for me on Win NT 4.0 SP 4.

Yes, it also works with the Nov23a build. (I checked viewer.exe on NT and 95, and xpviewer on Win 95.)
