When an extension is disabled or removed in the HTML about:addons page a message bar should be displayed to notify the user the operation is complete.

Why is this needed? Is it because the current flow doesn't apply anymore in HTML? (For example, right now the Disabled button toggles to Enabled and vice versa).

It's part of the mocks. I think just to make it more obvious that the change has taken place.

Can we remove the exclamation point? We try to avoid in product unless very appropriate and I don't think it's needed here. Thank you!

@emanuela and @pwalm: Would the "Find a new extension" button on this screen https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/57QM5OMAW6R#/screens/333850114 conflict with abuse reporting? (ie if we show reporting options upon removal).

Hey Amy, it makes sense to remove the "Find a new extension" button.
With recommandations directly in about:addons, the user can already find something new without leaving the page!
