Details

Using 11.23.98 build (both Viewer & XPViewer on Win98 & NT 4), clicking any of the "Featured in Today's Post" links results in the column row shifting to the left, and juxtaposed on top of the leftmost column (i.e. the column About the site, Send us feedback, Our advertisers, etc.) Clicking the link a second time results in the selected link properly opening.
(Of course, the Washington Post's web site does not exhibit this problem using Communicator 4.5 RTM.)

I have to make a guess, so you're it. It could be Cujo's bug, so delegate it if I assigned this incorrectly.
