11/23a seamonkey on NT4.0
1) during the initial startup of xpviewer on the above
url (which is the default url), the browser window
is locked up in terms of the ability to resize it.
2) this happens during the transfer of data from
adforce.imgis.com (which supplies the image for the
banner ad at the top of the page)
3) only after the data is transferred can the user resize
the window.
yep...data transfer effectively neuters any performance...this is a borderline
stop ship, at least the way it was misbehaving for me.

I'll put on ss: for now. Let's see how the fixes go and if this one can get
in.
