Steps to reproduce:

In i3wm (should work in sway and awesome too)

  1. start firefox
  2. open a terminal window next to firefox
  3. kill firefox with sigterm (or do a reboot from the terminal)
  4. exit the terminal (not necessary when rebooting)
  5. start firefox

Actual results:

Firefox only renders half of the screen until a resize (e.g. fullscreen and back)

Expected results:

Firefox should directly use the proper window size

I'm using Firefox 67.0.4 (64-bit) under Arch Linux

This could be bug 1514148 (WebRender), or bug 1489463 and friends.
