Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF.
- Go to about:config
- Activate fission.autostart pref.
- Go to reddit.com
- Click on the Sign Up button..
- After inputting a valid email for confirmation, choose a username a password.
Expected result
- The credentials inputted are valid, the use can select all text fields, and the account registration goes through without any issues.
Actual result
- The password field cannot be selected and no credentials can be inputted.
Regression range
- Will return with a regression ASAP
Additional notes
- The actual result may vary ; with a far more smaller repro rate (3 out of 10 attempts), the whole browser will start flashing between Reddit home page and a blank white screen.
*No error is displayed inside the browser console.

Nika, the screen recording makes this look like the text field click issue. Did you already file another bug about it or make progress tracking it down?

It might be related. Unfortunately I haven't filed another issue for that bug, so I suppose we can use this bug for it.
I haven't spent any time looking into it yet, because I haven't had the time to, unfortunately. It'd be fantastic if you could look into it.

I'm pretty convinced that this is a duplicate of bug 1556627, which has better information about the cause.
