11.24.98 build no longer crashes Win98 or Win NT 4.0, but the first table on the
page is very much misrendered. (There was a significant pause of about 5-8
seconds on the Win NT box prior to laying out the page, but nothing like
before.)
Removing "ss:" from bug title, and reducing priority/severity.

Flog me with a chainsaw, dudes.
This actually does irreproducibly bring down the viewer app on Windows NT using
the 11.24.98 build (no crash, no BSOD; app just vanishes).

No longer hangs, but shows <LI> bug (a new bug will be written).

Well, it does no longer crash, but it definitely doesn't render at all on Win98
or NT4 SP3. (Blank page, and the Netscape logo keeps cycling indefinitely.
Stopped looking after a few minutes...)
I'm not sure whether or not to mark this verified, so I'll go ahead and see if I
can disassemble the web page and see what's the causatory factor.

Cross-platform table viewing issues aside, this page views okay on 1.20.99 Mac OS
build and 1.19.99 Win32 build; thus, marked as verified.
