build 98112312 "Nov_23a", xpviewer.exe on NT4.0, win 95 xpviewer.exe seems to be blocking (entirely) on the particular network connection to download new advertizements. just click reload and while it downloads the banner in the bottom frame, try to move the window, scroll, or resize. nothing happens. the shooting stars freeze. for 5-20 seconds. This could be a problem in nspr or some greedy thread doing a l-o-o-o-ong "atomic" operation. but what do i know?
