Steps to reproduce:
Till Firefox 71, I could use the files files from the Github link below and have overlay scrollbars:
https://github.com/endeavoursc/firefox-overlay-scrollbars-win10
Actual results:
After upgrading to Firefox 72.0b1, that method to get overlay scrollbars no longer works.
Expected results:
Please provide an option natively to have overlay scrollbars.
