07-26 build on OS 10.2. 1. Go to the noted URL. 2. Play quicktime movie. 3. Scroll up and down the page using the vertical scrollbars. Expected result: Ease of scrolling using the vertical scrollbars the same as any other page. Actual result: Difficult to use vertical scrollbars to scroll up and down the page. They feel sticky and have a delayed reaction. Need to confirm this bug once 10.2 ships.
This is also apparent using Chimera/20020724 on OS X 10.1.5. Would this be helped by bug 106691 or bug 106692?
