Details
Summary:
If an ANCHOR element is displayed too near to the bottom of the screen,
its context menu can be clipped by the bottom of the display.
To reproduce:
1. Load any page that be scrolled so that a link is near the bottom of the
browser window.
2. Move the browser window as close to the bottom and right side
of the display as possible without going beyond.
3. Right-click on the link to activate its context menu.
Result:
The context menu will be clipped at the bottom and right
edges of the display,
Expected:
The context menu will be moved to a nearby position where it will all
fit on the display.
Occurs with:
M11 build 1999101109 on WinNT

[bugday] verifying dupe. Read them both, the problem was with getting popup
menus repositioned in both cases.
Moving all UE/UI bugs to new component: User Interface: Design Feedback
