Details
We seem to have really high gpu times on the order of 12+ms. WebRender off gets more like 4ms.
This is with DC on.

I had some local changes that may have made this quite a bit worse. I'll need to retest before we worry.

I checked again with my changes removed. We were quite a bit better and had more reasonable gpu times. Nothing stood out as very different from the gen7 profiles, everything is just slower.
