this test:
webrtc-extensions/RTCRtpSynchronizationSource-captureTimestamp.html

is expected timeout everywhere. A few tests pass, but we timeout on:
[video] getSynchronizationSources() should not contain captureTimestamp if absolute capture time RTP header extension is not offered

I am not sure if this has the right bugzilla-component in moz.build files.

I did verify this timed out locally for me on windows 10, there was nothing in the devtools console.
