This is a new permanent failure on all platforms, debug only.

Assertion failure: isEmpty() (failing this assertion means this LinkedList's creator is buggy: it should have removed all this list's elements before the list's destruction), at /builds/worker/workspace/obj-build/dist/include/mozilla/LinkedList.h:440

There seems to some relation to the folders comm/mail/test/browser/account and comm/mail/test/browser/content-policy. Possibly others. The tests run normally and pass, so I think the assertion is thrown at shutdown.
