I can seem to delete any certificate using Certificate Manager in preferences >
privacy & security > certificates
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.preferencs > privacy & security >certificates
2.click on manage certificates
3.click on web sties
4.select any existing certificate name
5.click on delete button
Actual Results:
It won't delete any certificate
Expected Results:
It should delete certificate

Correction on detail:
I "can not" seem to delete any certificate using Certificate Manager in
preferences > privacy & security > certificates

If you have FIPS enabled, and are using the latest nightly build from
www.mozilla.org, you should be able to delete certs in the cert manager.
