Steps to reproduce:

Run Thunderbird

Actual results:

After loading it automatically expands universal Inbox folder and shows Inbox folders of all accounts. Also switches focus to the Inbox folder of a first account in that list.

Expected results:

In 68.x and older versions it would remember previous setting and would stay on universal Inbox, wouldn't automatically expand folders. I want to see universal folder all the time and don't want Inbox to be expanded.

This is a dupe of Bug 1636350 (which additionally provides a workaround)
