email setup link in 78.2p goes nowhere, account settings cannot setup new incoming account

Steps to reproduce:

install to D on win 10 home.
Have the window where I can setup the various components (Choose what to set up).

Click email. Tooltip comes up. Click and dbl click, nothing happens

Expected results:

open account manager

Summary: email setup link in 78.2p goes nowhere → email setup link in 78.2p goes nowhere, account settings cannot setup new incoming account

in addition, account actions(from tools) add email account does nothing

Thanks for testing. This is fixed in the 78.2.0 release candidate.

If I understand correctly, you are at the Account Central pane (not a window).
