User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:80.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/80.0

Steps to reproduce:

We have mail server with self-signed certificate on it. When using 68 version of Thunderbird, the first time it will prompt window, that certificat is not verified, and I can confirm security exception and get our self-signed certificate (pic 1).

But when using 78 version of Thunderbird, there is no popup window, where I can get our self-signed certificate. Because of this, Thunderbird 78 can't get emails from web-server. It will show "connection...", but emails will not be downloaded. When I try to send mail, Thunderbird 78 will show window "Error sending mail. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed" (pic2).

Expected results:

Thunderbird 78 should show popup window, where user should get self-signed certificate.
