Opening the print UI and clicking Print or Save now opens the system dialog on macOS, instead of submitting a print job.

It appears that removing printSilent logic from front-end code is uncovering this behavior.

This was not regressed by 1659757 as I thought previously.

It looks like 1653319 uncovered this behavior.

Updating accordingly.

This behavior was created by getting an invalid tree state.

Apparently phabricator gets updated before mozilla central.

I had copied a raw file copy of print.js from phabricator, which was ahead of mozilla central, and led to this inconsistency.
