1. Go to any URL. 2. Go to demo 1 -- scroll down and look at the nice list-item bullets. 3. Click the back button 4. Click the forward button Notice that the list-item bullets have disappeared!

The real bug here is that demo1 points the image bullets at an invalid URL and we don't gracefully recover. Trigger any kind of damage repair fixes it up, but until then the bullets are invisible.

Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.
