Details
When using the download manager, if a file's download fails, or I want to
re-download a file after deleting it off the local drive, there is no way to do
so without finding the original link-ed webpage. I would like to be able to
just double-click on the item in the download manager to restart the transfer.
Otherwise the point of "saving" old downloads seems kind of silly... if they are
on my disk, i can find them (yes, the show in explorer feature is
nice&convenient, but I would think a re-download functionality is MUCH more
important due to the ability to recover data loss/fail). Sorry if this is a
dup, but I didnt find a bug that fit this description. Leaving severity at
default, cause while this is possibly an RFE bug, it does facilitate data loss,
and (in my opinion) a bit more severe. Go ahead and fix the severity if my
assessment is incorrect.

urls are already stored, click the column picker and choose source
changing summary
Summary: store URLs of downloaded Items → restart downloads after cancelled or download failed

not 100% the same at the moment, but cancelled downloads is already an UNCO
RFE... duping this one to that, and then I'll confirm the other one...
