Details

In bug 1683936 we disabled persistently mapped PBOs on all Adreno devices due to a driver bug. This bug has been seen on an Adreno 4xx and 5xx all running Android 6. However, we disabled it regardless of OS or driver version to play it safe.

We should find out which exact driver version contains the fix, and re-enable the feature where we can.
