Details

When I go to the URL above, Applets show up on the left hand side. The buttons do not work when they are clicked. Across the top of the page a menu is suppose to appear with different titles and when you roll your mouse over a title it expands to show different selections under that menu title. This menu does not appear.
Reassigning to Tech Evangelism. The page is specifically written to work only using IE or Netscape 4, in that it uses document.all or document.layers.
