Details
Dragging an icon for an html file onto the xpviewer.exe icon
should start up the xpviewer pointed at that file; this doesn't
work as of the dev prev release of 11/28.

batch-reassigning all Garrett Blythe bugs to Don Melton
paulmac - please check this with Viewer. If problem there too, let's put on the
[PP] list.

actually, this works for viewer (latest build,win95). Not sure it would
matter if it didn't though, this is a browser-type feature. Will leave this bug
open so it gets implemented for the 5.0 browser.
There is not a correlation that I know for this feature on mac/unix so it is not
a PP.
