Is this an accessibility issue? Without the browser Go menu, direct access to a
page in the window/tab history isn't doable using keyboard navigation, except by
repeated ALT+Left/Right-arrow, or fumbling through the History window (CTRL-H).
Both are rather cumbersome access methods, not to mention slow.
I'm a keyboard user, so I removed all the toolbar nav buttons and was left with
a nice, big url box. :) I had to restore the Back/Forward buttons for lack of a
Go menu. :( Any mouse usage is awkward for me, but the buttons are less
cumbersome than the alternatives.

Gaah! Mid-air collission. I was going to ask this:
Will this be a top-level menu or a sub-menu of another menu? Personally, I like
the current top-menu design (File, Edit, View, Bookmarks, Tools, Help). It's is
exactly as it is in IE. The less top menus, the better. Looks cleaner.
IE has the Go menu as a sub-menu under View. That's a suggestion.
