Jonathan, do you think there's value in continuing to collect this? AFAICS the data confirms what we'd expect, that printing is overwhelmingly dominated by A4 and Letter sizes, with things like Legal and A5 trailing far behind, and a long tail of oddities. One interesting thing is to see that there are a fair number of slight variations (rounding errors in drivers, I guess) from "standard" sizes, so we shouldn't make too many assumptions about exactly what a particular nominal size will result in on any given printer; it may vary by a point or to either way.

We should keep a record of the finding, but remove them, I think.
