"BROOKER'S STATUTES AND REGULATIONS" has the wrong font. I've copied the document source below. The problem here is that the font size is specified as <FONT size="1.5">. Out nsString::ToInteger() method converts ("1.5") as an illegal value, not 1, as it most likely should. (like atoi does) A simpler test case: <font size="1.5">This should be size 1</font> <font size="1">This is size 1</font>
