1. Build: 11/30 - downloaded the release devprev build, ngt.exe 2. Platforms: Win 95, Win 98. Win NT behaves in this manner sporadically. 3. Steps to reproduce: Open the above URL or any other URL (I tested many) with multiple text lines. Click on the scrolldown button, one click at a time. 4. Expected results: Individual line scrolling should bring up the next line. 5. Actual results: Individual clicking repeats the previous line and then reveals the next line.

i'm not seeing this on my win95 test machine (or my nt box either). the only thing i can think of that could cause this is a machine that is running *really* slowly. is it possible to get a screen shot or something?

I do not see this either. I am on a 166mhz Omnibook. chrisd, what's the mhz on the machine your using?
