Details

CSS empty-cells: show (with minimum height specified) is not respected and border-collapse: collapse does not work (double borders are drawn). While these CSS properties are from CSS2 the referenced GIF shows that these properties are working properly in IE5 and they are required for correct display of tables. The referenced GIFs shows the small test case in IE5b2 and NGLayout.
