None of the menus in ngt.exe display keyboard accelerators, although they do exist and work. That is, pressing Alt-F-N opens a new window, but neither the F in File or the N in New Window are underlined.

What's "ngt.exe"? I presume this is another name for "viewer.exe?" If so, I'm not sure we care that much about this (it's not really subject to UI-type complaints). Will look into further.
