Steps to reproduce:
Thunderbird 91.2.1
Create new emails from templates which have a number of attachments (>10).
Then deleting some attachments, adding others
Actual results:
Sometimes OK but at some point (after 2 or 3 different emails from template sent w/ success), send fails on missing attachment error.
email is broken. Unable to save it.
User has to stop Thunderbird and start everything.
Expected results:
Send email w/ success

I think this is a duplicate of bug 1735601, please download a daily build and see if you can still reproduce.
