With TB 101.0a1 (2022-04-05) (64-bit) I cannot 'Open in Conversation' a message that I can 'Open in Conversation' with 91.7.0 (64-bit).
The functionality it seems broken.

Open in Conversation appears for me, and works, even for msgs where there is only one email in the resulting conversation.
Daily 101.0a1 (2022-04-07) (64-bit) MacOS.

Sounds like you have gloda disabled (gloda is needed for conversations)

With the try-build provided for issue #1742975, now message-in-conversation works fine.
I close this ticket as dupe of #1742975.
