Accelerated Canvas2D is stable enough that we can reasonably test it on a subset of the nightly population to get some feedback about performance and stability in the wild. Initially, we will target Linux on nightly builds.

This toggles the gfx.canvas.accelerated pref for Linux nightly builds. This also
adds necessary fuzz to prevent reftest failures from showing up.

The regressions are being worked on at the moment and will be fixed shortly. No need to back out.
