The Ecosia logo was replaced for Firefox 102 in bug 1774819. It should probably also be updated for Thunderbird.

I attached a screenshot to show the place where the old icon can be seen.

If I correctly interpret https://searchfox.org/comm-central/source/mail/components/search/extensions/list.json#194 then Ecosia is only included in builds with German locale.

Qwant (used in FR locale) also has a new icon that has to be reflected in Thunderbird, see bug 1784877.

Magnus, I needinfo'ed you because according to Bugzilla there is no triage owner for this component and you was the last one who touched the search engines file, so I guess you know what has to be changed.
