Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use Thunderbird's dark theme w/ dark mode compose
  2. Receive a message from someone using the Zendesk help service system (there are many sites that use this).
  3. Reply to this message

Actual results:

The quoted text in the compose window will be black instead of white, and thus illegible.

Expected results:

The quoted text should continue to display as white so that it remains legible to aid in compose a response.
