In Bug 1820259 I am implementing the initial panel, but mostly focused on correctness and functionality. This bug is for applying the final UX feedback and treatment.

I think the biggest thing to circle back here on is adding the download sizes from the mockup, which I think is a nice to have (as in it won't block release).
