Overview Description:
The Mac installer should create an empty plugins folder during the installation
Steps to Reproduce:
1)Run the Mac Installer
2)After it has completed,no plugins folder is created
Actual Results:
No plugins folders
Expected Results:
Should be a plugins folder

Fix went in before verification builds and therefore should be in today's build.

plugins folder exists on 1999112108 commercial build,
not seeing when using MacInstaller-see bug 18887-all files not being installed

My fix to the fileMacAlias problem (not really 18887 but tracked by it) should
cause the plugins folder to be created sucessfully as side effect of the install
script not failing anymore. Can be verified in tomorrow's build.
