When pressing the "wheel button" on a Logitech mouse, the cursor changes to 2
"arrows" - meaning that when one moves the mouse in either direction, the page
will scroll as well. This does not work in Mozilla - the cursor changes, but
there is no scrolling. Furthermore, there are 2 buttons on the MX700 - a
"scroll up" button and a "scroll down" button. The "scroll up" button works
fine, but the "scroll down" button does not work at all. Again, this is a
problem only within Mozilla - they work fine in other apps (IE6, MS Word, etc).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Press wheel button
2.move mouse up/down
3.
Actual Results:
cursor changed to scroll arrows, but did not scroll
Expected Results:
after cursor changed to scroll arrows, page should have scrolled with mouse movement

Upgrade to latest Mouseware (9.75 as of now) driver and reopen if you still
experience this issue.
See http://www.logitech.com/ to download driver.
