User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 When attempting to compose a new letter or reply to a received e-mail, the computer locks up and Mail can only be closed by using the end task function. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Mozilla. 2.Click compose button or reply button. 3.Watch hourglass. Actual Results: Nothing. The compose window did not open. The processor has been totally utilized by the program. Nothing else will work. Close the mail program by ending task. Expected Results: The compose window should have opened and I would be able to type and send an e-mail letter. Should not use all the resources of the computer. The mail program is set to open with the start of Mozilla. Using Norton Antivirus 2000 and ZoneAlarm 2.6.
Reporter: Does deleting xul.mfl fix the problem for you?
Reporter: Please close mozilla and delete the file "xul.mfl" in your Mozilla Profile (see the release notes for the profile location) Do you setup ZA to give Mozilla "server rights" ?
