What the heck is a "windows taskbar skins manager?" I'll try to track down this "efx" thing and figure out if there's anything worth fixing.

Downgraded priority to P5. eFX is hardly common (eg neither tucows nor shareware.com have a download for it) or worthy of our attention right now. I expect we'll test against MS desktop themes in the first release, and worry about shareware interface software later on.
