It also starts sucking up memory. Eventually it stops sucking up memory but never leaves 100% resource use and never becomes responsive. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to tools 2.click 3.go to search click. Now you are dead Actual Results: see above Expected Results: anything but what it does
This is fixed in later builds. As a workaround: Quit Mozilla, then delete the file XUL.mfl in your profile directory. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 169777 ***
