Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.orf.at
2. Click on one of the top-headlines (not all have a ticker, so try)
3. Click on another tab and scroll
Actual Results:
The ticker not only runs in this different tab (Bugzilla Bug 104532), but it
also multiplies itself
