That's quite annoying. Is this really necessary? I've never been forced to restart my computer after a Mozilla installation in the past, save for 1.3b, but I had thought that had been addressed. Perhaps this isn't really much of an issue, as I'm sure Windows users are plenty used to restarts by now, but I had always been proud of Mozilla not needing one. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download the 1.3 full installer. 1.3b was previously installed. 2. Complete installation. 3. Dialogue box tells you that you must restart to use Mozilla (which is true - clicking on the Mozilla icon gives an error box). Actual Results: Needed to restart the computer to use Mozilla 1.3 Expected Results: I would have liked to start using 1.3 immediately, without the need for a restart.
